Âé¶¹´«Ã½ is seeking a Health Services Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt position coordinates student health services and provides care in accordance with applicable College policies, supporting the holistic development of students in a mission-driven community.

Key Responsibilities |
- Provide basic health assessment, triage, and first aid for students
- Coordinate and maintain student health records in compliance with FERPA and related regulations
- Manage immunization documentation and health requirements for students
- Coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers when necessary
- Monitor communicable illnesses and support campus response protocols
- Assist with emergency preparedness and response efforts in coordination with campus leadership
- Support student wellness initiatives and health education programming
- Collaborate with the Dean of Students and campus partners to promote student well-being

| Qualifications : |
- Current clinical licensure (RN or LPN) in Iowa or ability to obtain
- Experience in healthcare, student health, or community health setting preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a small-college environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse student populations
- Commitment to the mission and values of a Catholic institution

| Preferred Qualifications: |
- Experience in higher education or residential settings
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with public health coordination or wellness programming
|
| Compensation and Benefits: |
|
- Full-time salary range: $45,000–$50,000, commensurate with experience
- Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid leave
- Part-time arrangements may be considered; benefits are available for full-time positions only
